The Base price is $500 per day (10:00-10:00 pm) for up to 20 guests. $600 for up to 40 guests and $700 for up to 75 guests (max). This price includes use of entire outdoor grounds with parking for up to 7 vehicles on property. The kitchen, 1/2 bath, garage and RV space have an additional cost. 

Renters are required to provide their own event insurance.
